Let meat defrost to room temperature- depending on size take the meat take out the night before and put in fridge, or the morning of your dinner.
When meat is at room temperature sprinkle some of your favorite seasoning on any of Rancho San Julian steaks—salt, pepper, garlic, parsley etc. or put in your favorite marinade for the day
Place meat on grill
Depending on thickness of steaks make sure you watch closely so meat will not get over cooked.
Take meat of grill and let stand for 5-10 mins.
