Audrey’s Brisket

3-4 lb Rancho San Julian Brisket
1 cup of chopped onions
1 cup of chili sauce
1tbs of butter
2 cloves of chopped butter

Preheat oven at 350
Brown onions in butter
Brown brisket of all sides
Then season with salt, pepper and garlic
Cover Brisket with chili sauce
Bake uncovered 2-3 hours
