Ranchers Meat Loaf

2 lb of Rancho San Julian Ground Beef
6 saltine crackers
2 eggs lightly beaten
2 green chopped onions
½ cup of milk
½ cup of parsley
¼ cup of mint
¼ finely chopped celery
Splash of soy sauce
2 tsp of Worcestershire sauce
Pinch of pepper, salt, garlic pepper

Preheat oven to 350
Combine all ingredients and mix. Add milk if meat loaf is too thick
Put mix in 8×4 baking dish then invert into shallow pan and cover with ketchup.
Cover meat with foil and bake for 1 hour.
